With over 20 years of experience in over 50 countries worldwide, Dr. Mulligan has spent his career as an academic and clinical emergency physician with a passion and proven track record for building comprehensive, multi-leveled, multi-disciplinary emergency care systems around the globe. He's an Adjunct Professor in Emergency Medicine and a Visiting Professor in China, India and South Africa, and am double-residency trained / double board-certified, with 4 subspecialty fellowships and Masters degrees all in the areas of global emergency medicine, public health, health economic, health law and health policy.
